WHAT IS A JOURNAL?

A journal is the keeper of your thoughts, emotions, desires, goals, and more. It is the record of your growth as a person whether your journal is about you or not. Journals help us connect to and understand the world around us. They help us develop our minds, bodies, and spirits. They change us for the better. There is no one way for a journal to look. They come in all shapes and forms just like we do. There’s no right or wrong way. The only goal is to express yourself.

WORKSHOPS

$30 / 45 minutes

Each session has a different topic and we will go through various activities and discussions to help you connect better with yourself and your journal. It will open your mind to other aspects that you haven’t thought about before or even help you delve deeper into topics that you may not have been able to approach.

PERSONAL SESSION

$50 / 45 minutes

One on one sessions to help refocus your journaling

Personal. Completely catered to your difficulties or achievements throughout your journaling process.


Bringing the focus on your experience through journaling and figuring out the methods that work for you. Make journaling yours!

GROUNDED

$149 SPECIAL (save $350) 10 sessions total

It’s about commitment.

Journaling is a process. It is a journey. While it is possible to be focused and direct, as I teach in my other journals, it is important to be consistent. Change happens over time when we are intentional about how we use it.

This class is a guide and structure for whenever you are in your journaling process. You won’t be the only one who is building persistence and stamina.

You won’t be alone during this process and I can gratefully say that you will make Happy Connections. 😀

I am a long-time journaler with a deep love for reading and creative writing. I’ve been journaling for the past 10 years and own a large collection of journals. I believe in holistic health and practice yoga, meditation, and prayer. I also believe there’s always something to be grateful for in life and I’m glad to have found the happy connections in my life that have helped me become an ever changing person.
